A very good stay.

Room was not cleaned up early enough.

Location: the hotel was close enough to different playgrounds for kids, a local restaurant and a nice park with good cafe. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a microwave, a fridge and coffee/tea making equipment.

Comfortable bed and a good breakfast along with good clean room. It's a little out of my budget, but we will pay more for quality. Thanks for a good stay.

Your ice machines didn't seem to work on 3rd and 4th floor. I understand we could have gotten ice from lobby.

Probably the second most comfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel.

The alarm clock had no dimmer switch, it was very bright at night trying to sleep.

As above. Nice area, easy to get to. Friendly.

Jacuzzi was not working. Pillows where like rock, lost much sleep. But rest of room was nice. Breakfast was poor expecially eggs and bacon. Banana's highly bruised. Apples, orang juice, coffee fine. Had better breakfasts at lower priced Hotels. As for the next two questions regarding recommendation. Perhaps if those things mentioned here improve.

There is no bench or area to sit outside to smoke

The indoor pool was great while the workout room needed some touch-ups.

It was a decently priced hotel for it's location. The rooms were a good size.

I hate the cheap plastic service at breakfast. It seemed as if the sheets had not been cleaned. The renovation works were a bit in the way of passage to the lift etc. The airco and fridge made a lot of humming noise.

Comfortable room, clean, good value

Brand-new rooms complete with a big bed and a sofa, as for instance, excellent and efficient staff. I would come here again, thoroughly enjoyed my really nice stay...

I recently celebrated a birthday here and it was amazing. The staff really were really good. My previous stay in blue ash didn't compare to the comfort and care we received at wingate.

I really appreciated the spacious rooms, perfect for my family with small children. The breakfast options were plentiful, and the kids enjoyed exploring the park right across the street, a fantastic surprise!

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities inside the hotel itself.

The hotel was beautifully decorated with spacious common areas. The staff were attentive.

Clearer signage for amenities and services is needed.
